Who we are
SeasideEstate is a licensed real estate brokerage registered in the State of Maine under licence RE-40118, trading from 4 Cutter Lane, Harbour Point, Wrenmouth, ME 04099. For any question about this policy, write to office@seasideestate.com and it will reach a person rather than a queue.
What we collect
When you complete an enquiry or valuation form we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, the property or area you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
When you visit the site we collect anonymous, aggregated page-view data. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run third-party trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to arrange viewings, and — if you ask to be added to our buyer register — to tell you about properties that match the brief you gave us. That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, share or trade your details with anybody, including other agencies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for three years from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Buyer register entries are kept until you ask to be removed. Transaction records are kept for seven years because we are legally required to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to office@seasideestate.com and we will action it within thirty days, usually within two.
You can unsubscribe from the buyer register or the monthly email with one click, at any time, and it takes effect immediately.
Cookies
The site sets one functional cookie to remember your filter preferences on the collection page. It expires after thirty days and contains no personal information. There are no marketing or analytics cookies that identify you individually.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, email you before it takes effect.
